
MONITORING, EVALUATION AND CERTIFICATION
All participants of mobility experiences are followed by a local Incoming Tutor who will:
- welcome the group at their arrival;
- introduce participants to their companies on the first day;
- organise evaluation meetings during the participants’ stay;
- carry out monitoring phone calls and visits to check the traineeship progress.
Participants to training programmes will also be monitored by a Company Tutor, who will assign daily tasks, will check and sign the Activity Register of the participants (when required) and evaluate them at the end of their stay. Moreover, the Company Tutor will certify the participant’s stay in the company through a Work Placement Certificate.
To evaluate the mobility experiences, INTERMOBEX uses the following evaluation tools:
LANGUAGE COURSES:
- Final Evaluation Test by the language school: at the end of the language course, the school will evaluate the level of competencies achieved by the student.
LEARNERS MOBILITY:
- Mid-term Traineeship self-assessment by the participant: halfway through the mobility period, the participant will fill in a self-assessment evaluation form to evaluate the first period in the company (tasks, learning outcomes, working skills, etc.).
- Final Evaluation Traineeship self-assessment by the participant: at the end of the mobility period, the participant will fill in a self-assessment evaluation form to evaluate the whole period in the company (tasks, learning outcomes, working skills, etc.).
- Mid- term Traineeship Evaluation by hosting company: halfway through the work placement period, the hosting company will evaluate the participant (tasks accomplishment, aptitude, working abilities, etc.).
- Final Traineeship evaluation by hosting company: at the end of the work placement period, the hosting company will evaluate the participant (tasks accomplishment, aptitude, working abilities, etc.).
STAFF MOBILITY:
- Final Evaluation form of Professional visits, Seminars and Training Courses by the participant: at the end of the staff mobility, participants will fill in a form evaluating the training programme provided (program of the activities, relevance and quality of the training, experts involved, etc.).
LEARNERS AND STAFF MOBILITY:
- Internal evaluation of the Mobility period by the participant: at the end of their stay, participants will evaluate the whole experience of mobility and the services provided by INTERMOBEX (logistic arrangements, host organizations, training programs, cultural activities, etc.).
At the end of each mobility experience, participants will be provided with the following final certifications:
- Language Course certificate: Given at the end of the programme to the participants of the language course. The teacher assesses the language level of each student using the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
- Attendance certificate to Training Courses: Given at the end of the programme to the participants.
- Traineeship certificate by INTERMOBEX: Given at the end of the programme to the participants.
- Traineeship certificate by the company (when required): Given at the end of the programme to the participants.
- Europass certification: INTERMOBEX collaborates actively with the sending organisations in the Europass issuing.
